Registration
Registration will be open from 7.30am on both days. The registration desk will be located outside the venue on Level 9, Western Sydney University Parramatta City (1PSQ) campus (Peter Shergold Building) located at 169 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, NSW, Australia. Participants will be required to register their attendance for planning purposes and to facilitate identification, security and communication with other participants.
Meals
For all registered participants, lunch and coffee/tea breaks will be provided during the meeting days on 25 and 26 September. A morning tea break will be provided on 27 September during the field trip visit. Dietary requirements have been organised for those who provided them upon registration. Unfortunately no changes can be made on the day.
On the evening of 24 September 2018, all participants are invited to a casual welcome cocktail function at Level 9, Parramatta 1PSQ City campus, Parramatta where canapés and beverages will be served.
On the evening of 25 September 2018, all participants are invited to a formal sit-down dinner reception at Lachlan’s at Old Government House, Parramatta Park. Canapés and drinks will be served on arrival, with dinner and dessert provided.
Sustainable Lifestyle in Practice
This event is attempting to be as sustainable as possible. We will provide you with a refillable coffee cup on registration for you to keep, but you MUST use it throughout the event. No disposable cups will be provided. RCE GWS is also committed to greening the event. We will not be providing any print programs during the event and ask that you keep papers to a minimum.
Publications Area
An area with a table next to the registration desk will be available to exhibit your recent publication relevant to ESD. Since the space is limited, kindly note you will be restricted to a maximum of 10 copies. You must set up your own publications before 8.30am on Tuesday, 25 September.
