Academic Program Support
Working within the Office of Quality and Reviews, the Academic Program Support (APS) team provides centralised support to the Directors of Academic Programs (DAPs). The APS Assistants work closely with school support staff, Student Experience Office and other key service units across the University to ensure DAPs are supported in an efficient and holistic manner.
The support profile of the APS team is evolving. As needs are identified and service options grow, APS will reach out to the DAP community to consult and update them.
APS support has so far included:
- Arranging program meetings
- collating course and unit details
- collecting and archiving assessment and teaching materials
- consolidating timetabling information
If you need the team to arrange a meeting for your academic program, please complete and return the DAP Meeting Request Form
If you are unsure whether the APS can support an activity, please contact us. Where APS are not able to assist, the team will endeavour to find out who can and refer your request on.
