Return to Campus Morning Tea: Thursday, 11 March

We invite all Hawkesbury Campus staff to a complimentary morning tea, which will include recognition and presentation of Hawkesbury recipients for the 2020 University's Excellence Awards.

Due to current venue restrictions, please register your attendance here using your staff login. All participants will be required to check in upon event arrival via QR code.

Intra-Campus Sporting Event: Round Robin Volleyball Tournament: Thursday, 22 April

All staff and students are welcome to participate in the Intra-Campus Sporting Event, including free boxed lunch. The team sport will be round robin volleyball. Players and spectators both welcome and all must register to attend the event.

ANZAC Day Services: Thursday, 25 April

All staff and students are welcome to attend the ANZAC Commemorative Ceremonies being held at the Western Sydney University Hawkesbury Campus.

Due to current venue restrictions, please register your attendance separately for the Dawn and Morning Services here using your staff or student login. All participants will be required to check in upon event arrival via QR code.

TIME: 11:00am
VENUE: Outside Memorial Hall, Building R8, Hawkesbury Campus. This service will be followed by refreshments at 12:00pm at the Cafeteria, Building L2, Hawkesbury Campus. Bar will open and Two-up* commence in Cafeteria L2.

Voices of the Hawkesbury - Singing Workshop: Friday, 30th April - Sunday, 2nd May

Students vs Staff Trivia Night: Wednesday, 12th May

The annual Student vs Staff Trivia Night is a highlight of the year at the Hawkesbury Campus. Teams compete for the highest score to win the title of trivia champions. A great atmosphere is had by all as teams get in the spirit with snacks and a theme

Bar service will be available on the evening. Feel free to bring snacks for your team.

Prizes will be offered for the top-scoring student and staff teams, along with best team costume or theme.


Yarramundi Music Club: Wednesday, 26th May

Western Sydney University Hawkesbury Campus is the location for the Yarramundi Music Club, an ongoing special musical event for all staff, students and community members.

The aim of Yarramundi Music Club is to herald an upsurge of interest in a variety of musical genre in the Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains areas. The Club provides an avenue for aspiring musicians to showcase their talent as well as providing an opportunity for our community folk to enjoy performances by local performers.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

Cancer affects a large number of Australians, both directly and indirectly. Cancer Council Australia provides credible, up-to-date information about different types of cancer, diagnosis and treatment, as well as information about genetic and family history aspects of cancer, help finding a treatment specialist and support for patients, family and carers.

As all donations received at the Australia's Biggest Morning Tea event will be donated to Cancer Council Australia, we request a minimum gold coin donation from attendees. Please join us for a cuppa and a piece of cake – all for a good cause.

All staff and students are welcome to attend the Morning Tea.

A hamper will be raffled the week of the event with all proceeds being donated to Cancer Council Australia. Check back here for hamper locations.
