The Service Unlimited project will establish a culture of service excellence across the University and improve service delivery to various University stakeholders such as prospective and current students, alumni, community members and university staff. Service Unlimited will also help achieve the University's overarching goal of being a distinctively student-centred University, and create a dynamic and innovative culture that secures success.
The launch of the new brand and the associated publicity has generated significant interest in Western Sydney University. Service Unlimited will ensure we deliver high standards of service that meet and exceed expectations.
The project focuses on delivering four key bodies of work, including:
- Defining and establishing a workplace culture that is rich in service milestones and achievement;
- Creating a single point of access for students, staff and visitors in order to provide a seamless experience across the wide range of University services;
- Improving performance measurement and feedback processes so that they are enabled and supported by data and technology; and
- Linking service delivery and innovation to promote new ways of thinking, encourage use of new technologies, systems and processes, and reward participation in such activities.
