Western’s postgraduate degrees in Science provide an advanced level of knowledge and critical understanding in science. The School offer a range of courses including Protected Cropping, Forensic Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Horticulture and Public Health Nutrition.

Our Master of Science degree can be taken in a number of specialisations: Public Health Nutrition, Food Science, Greenhouse Horticulture or Agriculture.
Graduates of this course can look forward to career opportunities as a Forensic scientist, forensic consultant, private or environmental investigator, scientific research, chemical industry or drug analyst.
Students are eligible to apply for one of the 65 scholarships (up to $5,000 each) and internships (up to $17,500 each) generously provided by the five industry partners.
