HR Partnership Teams

The HR Partnership Teams work with a portfolio of units to provide a full service in the establishment and management of all staffing and employee requirements.

From the setting up of new positions or occupancy, creation and maintenance of all employee records and the provision of advice related to any aspect of our enterprise agreements or policies, these teams are set up to provide a holistic service to our business partners within the University.

Payroll, Remuneration and Superannuation Services

The Payroll, Remuneration and Superannuation Services team deal with all those aspects for all University employees, including set up and payment of casual employees.

HR Information Systems

The HR Information Systems team looks after Staff Online, My Career Online (including Compass), OrgPlus, Alesco HRMIS and Alesco Forms.

HR Projects and Support Services

The HR Projects and Support Services team looks after all the day-to-day administration for the HR Strategy and Services team. They also administer such events as the Vice-Chancellor's Excellence Awards, Professional Staff Conference, Academic Promotions, Academic Development Program, Vice-Chancellor's Professional Development Scholarships, Western Sydney University Staff Postgraduate Coursework Study Scholarships, Western Sydney University Job Shadowing Program, Senior Management Conference, Quality Forum and various other ad-hoc events.
