Jane Hutchison

Jane joined Western Sydney University in 2018 as Chief of Staff to the Vice-Chancellor, and in 2021 was appointed to the role of University Secretary.

Jane's professional expertise is focussed in corporate law as well as the not-for-profit sector. She is a collaborative leader with a strong desire to facilitate positive institutional change and ground policy in everyday practice, to make a difference and achieve strategic and sustainable goals.

The Office of the University Secretary's portfolio includes the Office of Audit and Risk Assessment and the Office of Governance Services.
