Nicole Bannerman is the University General Counsel at Western Sydney University.

Nicole joined Western Sydney University in 2021.

Nicole brings more than twenty-five years’ experience in senior legal roles, including as Senior Legal Counsel with ASX listed firms and General Counsel in private equity businesses, as well as law firm private practice across a range of industries.

Nicole has extensive experience in partnering with business, senior executives and boards to achieve solutions across areas such as property development, risk, compliance, governance, regulatory change, employee relations and finance.
