| Nadine Campbell, 2022 | My ADP consists of two phases. First, I will work on two research projects exploring the use of green HRM in Bangladesh. One investigates the environmental management practice and the mediating role between green HRM and green intellectual capital in the apparel industry. The other expands on the first project to examine the mediating role between green HRM practices, WFH (work from home) practices and job performance during the COVID-19. Second, I will develop a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) unit with Dr Andrew, Associate Director World View, University of North Carolina. Both projects will result in four publications, and I will become a mid-Career researcher. |

| Simon Burrows, 2022 | Building on my transformational digital work on the circulation of books and ideas, my ADP will seeks to promote breakthroughs and deepened understandings in cultural, literary and book history, and digital humanities (a field involving the application of computational methods to humanities research). I will work with leading research teams in Britain, France, Germany and the Netherlands on a large grant application aimed at enabling digital research into the life-cycle of books; convening a conference on building the field of digital humanities; and participating in a workshop series discussing my work. These activities will impact a research community of thousands and stake-holders beyond academia. |

| Beatriz Garcia, 2022 | The proposed ADP Program will allow me to undertake field work research about the Kayapo Indigenous community in the Brazilian Amazon, who have protected almost 10 million hectares of forests in one of the most highly degraded and deforested areas of the Amazon. It investigates how the Kayapo have succeeded in maintaining their forest against various drivers of deforestation and proposes key lessons for how other Indigenous forest protection efforts can be supported. The expected outcomes include (academic and media) publications and a seminar involving universities and forest organisations that will enhance my academic profile and the University’s research reputation. |
