Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Citizenship:
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen**

Enrolment:
- Continuing student in third year
Program/s:
- Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry)
- Bachelor of Laws (Non-Graduate Entry)
- Combined Bachelor of Laws programs
Additional:
- Successfully completed LAWS 2013 Torts Law
- Preference will be given to students with the highest grades in LAWS 2013 Torts Law
- Demonstrate hardship assessed by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC)

Application and Selection Criteria
Applications are to be submitted through the Universities Admissions Centre. Shortlisted applicants, as determined by the UAC Equity Ranking, may be required to make a written submission in support of their application.
