Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Citizenship:

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident (including Permanent Humanitarian visa holders), or eligible New Zealand citizen**
    ** Eligible New Zealand Citizen includes students who meet the criteria for HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP. Further details available here: Changes to fees for New Zealand citizens

Enrolment:

  • New or continuing students

Program/s:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics)

Castle Group Managing Director, Ritchie Perera established the Perera Foundation in 2014 to support important initiatives in our communities that create a better future and enhance lives ofpeople. To date, the Perera Foundation has donated over $1.7 million to more than 200 not-for profit and charitable groups. The property industry has historically had low female participation and we want to change that through this Scholarship to support women wishing to enter the industry.

Application and Selection Process

Applications are to be submitted through the Universities Admissions Centre. Shortlisted applicants, as determined by the UAC Equity Ranking, may be required to make a written submission in support of their application.

  • Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 4.0
