TenantCS

TenantCS is a strategic advisor to tenants in their leasehold negotiation, planning and strategy. TenantCS operates throughout Australia and Asia Pacific and has been in existence since 2013. TenantCS's goal is to be the leading tenant representative (TR) in Australia by 2024, with offices in all major capital cities.

A critical success factor in reaching the goal is for 50% of all consultants to be women (currently 40%). To achieve this, TenantCS has created a woman-friendly workplace incorporating a paid parental leave policy (in addition to any government benefits), a first for our industry.

The dream is to be the standard by which all our competitors must match in order to attract and retain women to their organisation.

Application and Selection Process

Applicants must provide a written statement in support of their application indicating how they believe the scholarship will assist them with their studies and in their future career. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant's background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need and merit.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, their ability to meet the criteria and, where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.
