FDC Construction & Fitout

FDC is an avid supporter of education, continual development, investing in our future leaders and driving diversity, our ongoing relationship with Western Sydney University has bolstered our own professional ranks and we can proudly boast to having 37% of our university graduates nationally being Western Sydney University Alumni.

FDC acknowledge that female participation in Australia's leading industry - construction - is low. From our humble beginnings in 1990, with a small team of five operating from a single office in Sydney to the FDC of today; one of Australia's leading construction & fitout organisations with six offices across the country, 500+ staff, and clients including Google, LinkedIn, Virgin and Qantas, we continually dedicate ourselves to improving gender imbalance so that everyone; regardless of their gender, race or religion have the same opportunities. This is because we recognise that our success depends on great people - people who are determined to succeed.

FDC is committed to supporting more women in the industry, offering opportunities for work experience and operating a sound cadetship program to further careers and help equalise gender imbalance.
