The primary objective of my proposed Academic Development Program (ADP) is to undertake field research and site visits furthering my work in eating disorders and nursing education with international researchers (USA), InsideOut Institute (Sydney) and SWAN Research group (Melbourne) consolidating my research track record and industry networks in the eating disorders and higher education fields. A secondary objective is to evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of an alternative credential short course for nurses. I will present at conference/s and write 3 manuscripts for publication in high quality Q1, journals. The outcomes will contribute to enhancing the profile of the School and University.
