MenoSTIM Study
About the Study
Many women experience changes in memory, concentration, and thinking during menopause, often described as "brain fog". While these symptoms are common, there are currently few treatments specifically designed to improve them.
The MenoStim Trial is investigating whether a gentle, non-invasive form of brain stimulation can improve cognitive symptoms and mood during the menopause transition.
This research is being conducted at the NICM Health Research Institute, Western Sydney University, and aims to improve our understanding of how menopause affects the brain while contributing to the development of new, evidence-based treatment options for women.

You may be eligible if you:
- Are in the late menopause transition or early postmenopause.
- Are experiencing menopause-related cognitive symptoms, such as brain fog, memory difficulties, or trouble concentrating.
