In the spirit of celebrating International Women’s Day and in conjunction with NICM Health Research Institute's inaugural Influential Women in Natural Therapies Symposium, join us at our first Women’s Networking Breakfast with guest speaker Lisa Curry AO MBE on Wednesday 11 March 2020.

Lisa is one of Australia’s most sought after speakers and carries out many speaking engagements and personal appearances both nationally and internationally, drawing on her vast experience as a Commonwealth Games and Olympic competitor for Australia. She is undoubtedly one of Australia's most popular personalities, with a unique and powerful message about weight loss, regaining your health, discipline, determination and getting the best out of people.

MC'd by Western Sydney University Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (Research and Innovation) Professor Deborah Sweeney, Lisa will share her candid insights and experiences from her health journey, including her use of natural therapies, and the room and a need for both conventional and integrative medicine.

Lisa Curry AO MBE

Lisa Curry is one of Australia's most popular icons whose celebrated achievements are many and varied. She's a triple Olympian, successful businesswoman, motivational speaker, international award-winning coach, personal trainer, author, media personality, defibrillator recipient and mother. Lisa has five online weight loss and fitness programs and a hormonal imbalance educational website.

Lisa has been awarded an MBE and OAM for services to sport and community, and an AO for lifting the values of what it means to be an Australian through her role as Chair of the National Australia Day Council.
