She is responsible for the operational health of the Institute, managing the financial, human resources, compliance and reporting, facilities, policies and processes, and planning. Natalie ConnorMs Connor joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2015 as the Institute's Communications Strategy Manager. Her role is responsible for driving awareness of the Institute's research and activities amongst key external and internal audiences and managing the Institute's communication channels and platforms. | |

Gemma DeakinGemma Deakin joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2022 as the Research Management Officer.
