Sandra Dill

In 1996 Sandra Dill AM was appointed by the Governor General as a Member of the Order of Australia for community service as a consumer advocate in the area of infertility.

Sandra is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Access Infertility Network in Australia. Access Australia is a consumer based, independent, not-for-profit charity, committed to providing whole of life support for women and men who are experiencing difficulties conceiving, and their families.

Access strives to raise community awareness about infertility by being a national voice to bring the social, psychological and financial concerns of couples to governments and the medical and scientific communities. Access serves as a lifetime resources for support and information on reproductive health needs.

In addition to this extremely busy role, Sandra is Chair of the International Consumer Support for Infertility Patient Leader Network, Coordinator of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology Patient Leader Forum and Chair of Act, a global awareness initiative of health care providers and patient leaders.

Sandra has a love for learning, and this is demonstrated through her life-long learning and ongoing contribution to the community. While Sandra shares says that “it is her love for learning she developed while studying at UWS that has been a key factor in her success”, we say that it is people like Sandra who make a real difference in the Community by way of their leadership, commitment, dedication and contribution.
