Walk and Tyre Pull for unity, solidarity and to celebrate positive mental health
We will walk 18kms from South Burleigh to The Spit. For those who choose to, we will pull a tyre through the sand representing Trauma, Addiction, separation or past and or present trauma.
We are meeting at 05:00 for a Welcome To Country, a minute silence and the Choir Harmony In Paradise will perform "Amazing Grace", before the start of the walk.
It is for males primarily but can be for those who support those and or who have lost someone to their battle with their Mental Health.
This is about unity, seeing as an individual there is a commonality in all our grief, sadness, trauma and issues we aren't alone.
This is a free event.
