B.Tech. Agriculture, from Gujarat agriculture university. Working experience of development sector is since 1984. He has worked with NOGs, and academic institutions especially for water management in agriculture sector under different government programmes such as IWDP, WASMo etc. Has experiences of promotion of micro irrigation and execution of water harvesting structures.
