Topic: Crafting a Strong Narrative (ROPE)
Speaker: Ria Hamblett, Research Services Consultant

When writing a track record statement for grant applications, you need to develop an evidence-based argument that demonstrates your capacity to carry out the research project.  This presentation from the Library will outline the sources you can use to collect statistical data and evidence of impact, resulting from your research activities and outputs. It will also explain the ARC’s definition of research impact, and discuss the 3 key elements of communicating the ‘impact’ of your research. Ria will advise how to make a strong case that you / your research team is the ideal team for the grant, with a compelling narrative statement to appeal to the grant assessors.

This will be presented both on Zoom (via our meeting ID above)

We thank you for your continued attendance at the MRM's and look forward to seeing you again.
