The 2nd Annual MARCS Institute Community Engagement Forum for Older Adults

Event Name The 2nd Annual MARCS Institute Community Engagement Forum for Older Adults
Start Date 10th July 2019 10:30 am
End Date 10th July 2019 2:30 pm
Duration 4 hours

The Age Lab at The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development cordially invites you to attend the 2nd MARCS Community Engagement Forum for Older Adults.

The aim of the forum is to bring our participants together to share some of The Age Lab research findings on ageing in a PhD students’ research showcase; and engage with you on the topic of ‘learning and healthy ageing’. Specifically, our presentations will be about the importance of making connections for older adults, and about how older adults can benefit by learning another language and learning to play a musical instrument.

This forum is a part of building a foundation for WSU to engage with the broader community
and is proudly organized and hosted by MARCS MultiSensory Communication (MSC) Group, as part of
The Age Lab activities.

We look forward to seeing you at the forum.
