Odd and Even Integers
Integers can be classified as either odd or even. An even integer can be divided exactly by two, while an odd integer has a remainder of 1 when divided by two.
For example $12 \div 2=6$ while $13 \div 2 =6$ with a remainder of $1$. Therefore $12$ is an even number and $13$ is an odd number. If you need help with the idea of remainders see this module.
Classify each of the following numbers as either odd or even.
