Designing for Active Learning in Technology Rich Learning Spaces

Liverpool Campus

As part of the Liverpool City Campus Change program, the Digital Futures Team is working closely with academic staff, curriculum advisors and blended learning staff in the school of Social Sciences and Psychology to design for engaged and active learning using state of the art new technology-enabled spaces.

Evidence-based approaches to deeply engage students in flipped classroom settings have been expanded upon to infuse collaborative technologies.  Jump-in sessions showcasing good practice approaches and teaching tips are available for staff in the school, and more tailored hands-on skills development sessions are being offered from the first week of November.
