- Curriculum Structure Procedures (opens in a new window): set out the structure of various curriculum components and our basic program structures. This set of procedures has been designed to cover the overall curriculum structures and credit point values of the University’s courses with reference to information such as unit level descriptors and professional accreditation.
- Curriculum Approval Procedures (opens in a new window): set out the approval and variation pathways and documentation as well as the quality assurance, review and reporting processes. They include suspension, retirement and discontinuation of curriculum and student transition arrangements and align with the workflow and forms proposed for the new SMS systems.

The procedure itself only covers areas of academic advice that lie within the ambit of Academic Senate approved policies and procedures. However, reference to non-academic advice is available via a linked web page, which holds a Student Advice Cycle and a consolidated list of Student advice and linked services.
