SUSTAINABILITY ADVOCATES' CURRICULUM CHALLENGE TEAM
“I can see how the 21C curriculum partnership I have been involved in opens up our degrees to a whole new universe of possibilities. As I was completing my Science degree, I never thought it would be possible for me to escape into other disciplines and to reimagine my learning differently. I now have a chance to follow my curiosity much more freely and to face my future with confidence” - Shivani Suresh, 21C Sustainability Advocates, Student Curriculum Partner
The 21C Sustainability Advocates (SA) Challenge Team are committed to advancing and interrogating the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

21C Challenge Minors
There are currently three Challenge Minors developed under the auspices of SA, and an additional one – Eco-Socially Conscious Design and Manufacturing – was developed in the STEM+ Curriculum Challenge, now firmly part of Future Thinkers.
The existing 21C Challenge Minors are available to any Western student, in any degree, with elective space. Students choose from at least 5 subjects from 4 different Schools, and the final subject is a significant social action project, intended to integrate learning from other subjects.
