Launch Pad offers a high quality technology business Incubation program for early stage and high-growth businesses in Western Sydney. The Incubator provides clients with modern low-cost office accommodation and in-house mentoring services to help them establish and grow.
Key to our incubation program is the opportunity to connect to the wide range of resources available within the University. This can be in the form of working with a scientist, researcher or part of a specialist project team to help develop new technology or innovation. It could also involve utilising facilities and equipment at the University, such as 3D printing machines or specialised testing equipment.
Entry to the Incubator is on a competitive basis and interested businesses are required to go through an application process. Business and or business ideas will be assessed on a number of criteria including:
- The quality of your business or business idea
- Your financial position
- The potential for your business to add jobs to the local economy in the future, and
- The level of technical skills you have in your business field.
Working in the incubator gives you many benefits, one important one is the collaboration you will have with the other businesses in the incubator. You will have the opportunity to build a wide network; you will be connected to potential investors and capital and linked to potential new markets and customers.

Launch Pad serves as a single access point for industry and government to access the University for partnering opportunities in areas such as research collaboration, accessing of University equipment and facilities and also industry partnerships to assist in developing the region.
