Steps to accept your offer

2. Read the requirements for Overseas Student Health Cover

3. Complete the Acceptance to Study at Western Sydney University form
Complete the Acceptance to study at Western Sydney University and the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Request (PDF, 111.64 KB) (opens in a new window) form.
These forms are also contained in the International Offer Pack attached to your Offer of Admission email.
Important note: you must meet all the conditions outlined on your offer letter prior to accepting your offer.
4. Pay your deposit
Information about fees payable to accept your offer will be outlined in your Western Sydney University Offer of Admission letter. Your fees can be paid in one of the following ways:
- International Telegraphic Transfer via Western Union Business Solutions. (opens in a new window)
- Credit Card via iPay. (opens in a new window) Please select International Students > Tuition Fees (commencing students)

Note: The fees listed in your offer letter are variable and are subject to change without notice on an annual basis.
5. Send completed forms to Western Sydney International

6. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment
Once the forms and payment have been received, UWS will issue you an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).
This confirms your acceptance to the course at Western Sydney University and you are now able to go ahead and use the eCoE to process your student visa at the Australian Embassy/Diplomatic Post stated on your eCoE.
7. Apply for your Student Visa
You must obtain a student visa before you come to study in Australia.
With the Australian Government's recent review of the student visa program, Western Sydney University has been approved as an 'eligible university' for participation in the Streamlined Visa Processing (SVP) arrangement.

8. Prepare to arrive and enrol

Any personal information that is provided to Western Sydney University may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies and the Fund Manager of the ESOS Assurance Fund, pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code.
Furthermore, Western Sydney University is required, under S19 of the ESOS Act 2000, to tell the Department about certain changes to your enrolment and any breaches of student visa conditions relating to attendance or academic performance.
