Simone has extensive experience in administration and customer service. Prior to joining ICS Simone worked at Workforce Partners Pty Ltd for five years as a Receptionist and Recruitment Consultant. In her four years as Recruitment Consultant Simone's responsibilities included liaising with clients and job seekers, interviewing applicants, assisting with writing jobs advertisements and uploading them to the company website, and marketing.

As Institute Administrative Assistant for ICS Simone provides efficient and effective administrative support to the Institute.
