Professor Jen Dollin

Jen Dollin is Professor of Practice, Institutional Mentoring and Sustainability at Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha, India and Senior Advisor with the international development agency Institute for Study and Development (IFSD).. In her previous role as Director, Sustainability Education and Partnerships at Western Sydney University she provided strategic institutional leadership to enhance the University’s national and international sustainability reputation and the institution’s performance in global impact measures. The role also supported regional partnership alliances and internal capacity building for sustainability curriculum development and had a strong focus on participatory and collaborative approaches to urban river resilience and conservation. Jen has a diverse background in economics and environmental management and has previously worked in corporate finance, government policy and with international community-based conservation groups. She has over 20 years’ experience of working with grassroots community groups and developing participatory, innovative approaches to collaborating with diverse human and more-than-human communities and creating impact. Her research interests focus on multispecies ethnography, water justice, transdisciplinary and post-qualitative research approaches, transformative learning and ecofeminism.
