Advertise - How do I get the word out?

At this third stage in the recruitment process, the hiring manager is actively seeking applicants for the new or existing position. Final decisions will be made, as to whether the position will be open to external, or internal only applications, and the mode of advertising the position would be strategised. The eRecruit system would also be accessed to request the preferred method of advertising.

If the position has been advertised in the last six months, the hiring manager would consider appointing from an eligibility list. For academic positions, or senior professional positions, the hiring manager would also consider the possibility of recruiting via invitation, or via Executive/ specialist search.
