PowerFUL Youth Program

POWERful is a youth ambassador program that targets high school students (Year 7 – 10) and their families through inquiry based learning to make smart choices around energy and resource efficiency. POWERful is funded by Western Sydney Community Forum (WSCF) in partnership with Office of Environment & Heritage (OEH) under the Blacktown Energy Initiative. The program will be delivered by the Western Sydney University Office of Sustainability and participating local councils under the UN RCE Greater Western Sydney banner. Targeting three Local Government Areas in Greater Western Sydney (Parramatta, Campbelltown and Blacktown) the program will support up to 120 high school student ambassadors.
