Research Theme Image Competition

Western Sydney University has developed the Research Theme Program in response to society's grand challenges. The Research Themes ignite interdisciplinary research connections among our academics and provide a dynamic support system for our researchers to collaborate with industry and government organisations seeking cutting-edge, science-based solutions.

Now we’re calling on you to bring this research to life through images. Let's showcase our research in a way that captivates and inspires.

We are looking for images that tell a story about Western’s research, its impact and the people who make it happen. The image does not need to explain the research being conducted, but rather intrigue, captivate and raise awareness about the research.

Entries are welcome from all disciplines and must be submitted under one of the four Research Themes:

• Education & Work (Equity, Participation & Opportunity)
• Environment & Sustainability (Climate, Agriculture & Liveability)
• Health & Wellbeing (Translation, Integration & Innovation)
• Urban Living Futures & Society (People, Culture, Economy & the Built Environment)

Before entering, you must read the Terms and Conditions. Any entries that are in breach of the Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
