Please note that the accommodation for Saturday night is shared accommodation in same sex rooms. Day 1 8am depart Parramatta Campus to travel north across the Hawkesbury River to Australia’s oldest wine production area. Free time to relax with an external bar and views over the valley. Then we visit a unique venue for tastings of organic spirits including glitter gin! Free time at Hunter Valley Gardens to visit local shops offering cheese, chocolate and giftware. Lots of photo opportunities and a wonderful day! That nigh we stay in the coastal port city of Newcastle where we stay in a funky hostel just minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafes and bars. That evening is a group dinner at your own expense followed by free time to check out the nightlife! Day 2 After breakfast, we drive to the blue water paradise of Port Stephens where we start with a dolphin watching cruise to get up close to the local bottlenose dolphins that call this beautiful bay home. Lunch is at the local Murrays Brewery for a delicious lunch and an opportunity to taste local craft beer and wine. The adventure continues at the amazing 30km long Stockton Beach where we jump aboard a 4WD and sand boards to zoom down huge sand dunes!
