Description

Advance Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) Techniques and Applications in emerging Materials and Biological Science Advance Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) Techniques and Applications in emerging Materials and Biological Science SIMS is one of the most powerful characterization techniques for materials, chemistry, physics, and biology because of its unique capabilities to provide trace sensitivity, excellent depth and lateral resolution. Dr. Rong Liu will be giving a succinct review on the basic principles of SIMS, followed by a description of the current status on the SIMS technique. This talk will be held on Tuesday April 2nd at 2 pm at the Campbelltown Campus in Building 21, Lecture Theatre 5 (CA. 21.G.03).
