Description

It's been 40 years since acclaimed artist Kevin George Oxley founded the Hawkesbury Community Arts Workshop at Hawkesbury Agricultural College, later part of Western Sydney University. Over the years, countless artists from every discipline have drawn from Oxey's vision while making use of the facilities and classes offered in this atmospheric setting. Their works, as well as those of Oxley, are brought together to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Hawkesbury Community Arts Workshop. The exhibition will be opened by Emeritus Professor Graham Swain AM, Patron of Hawkesbury Community Arts Workshop.

Please join us at the opening on Saturday 10 November 2018 at 2.00 pm at the Margaret Whitlam Galleries, Female Orphan School, Building EZ, Western Sydney University (Parramatta campus). The exhibition continues until Friday 22 February 2019.
