You are invited to join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year and the extraordinary career of Jocelyn Chey, the first Cultural Counsellor in the Australian Embassy in Beijing, through the launch of the second edition and Chinese translation of her memoir Lodestar China, in which she reveals “under the leadership of Ambassador Stephen FitzGerald, we drank more than we should have done in those days during official functions”.
