What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All workouts are based on movements that we do in everyday life;
- Metabolic conditioning
These are the three training disciplines.
Using these three disciplines we can construct variety through programming and create a buffer against illness and disease. Along with this comes longevity, ease in everyday life, mental fortitude and physical application to increase body composition and decrease body fat.
Who is it for?
ANYONE AND EVERYONE. CrossFit caters for big, small, old, young, tall, short, fit, unfit.
Everyone’s goals differ by degree not by kind. Everyone wants to be able to get through life with ease and with longevity.

$30/wk CrossFit Penrith WSU Membership
*Full access to Kingswood Gym and ALL Team Training sessions as well as ALL CrossFit WSU sessions.
$15/session for non-member
$15/wk for Fitness Passport Holders
CrossFit WSU runs only at Kingswood Gym.
