Confirmation of Conduct

STOP -  this form is only for students needing a letter about their misconduct, usually required by Law students applying to the Law Boards.  If you are after a transcript please return to the Academic Documents page for information.

Please use this form to request a confirmation of conduct letter if you are a current or former Western Sydney University student.

This letter will confirm the history of your conduct during your enrolment at the University, and outline if you have any academic, general or research misconduct issues recorded against you. If there is no record of academic, general or research misconduct on your record the letter will state so. Letters will be sent via email to the address provided on the form. Please note that hard copy letters will not be mailed.

Note: For all confirmation of enrolment letters, including for Centrelink or visa requirements, please call the Student Services Hub on 1300 668 370.
