Confirmation of Conduct

Please use this form to request a confirmation of conduct letter if you are a current or former Western Sydney University student.

This letter will confirm the history of your conduct during your enrolment at the University, and outline if you have any academic, general or research misconduct issues recorded against you. If there is no record of academic, general or research misconduct on your record the letter will state so.

Note: For all confirmation of enrolment letters, including for Centrelink or visa requirements, please email enrolments@westernsydney.edu.au.
