Get Ready for Study and Work Forum - Launching our new transition resources and providing information on the NDIS in Education

The NDCO Programme organised the Get Ready for Study and Work Forum on the 31st of March 2016 - Launching our NEW transition resources and providing information on the NDIS in Education. This FREE forum was well attended by over 120 parents, school staff and services in South Western and Western Sydney and included an introduction to post-school pathways available for young people with disability as well as general information about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), with a focus on NDIS in an educational setting.  You can access the presentations and some resources from the day below:
