Find out what it takes to be a world-class construction or project manager, building and quantity supervisor, estimator or building researcher. Conduct practical experiments in building technology, including acoustics, building heat-flow, corrosion of materials, concrete testing, and much more.
When you successfully complete the 16-month diploma from The College, you gain guaranteed entry into the second year of the Bachelor of Construction Technology at Western Sydney University.

Project Manager
As a project manager you will be accountable for the success of a project. You will develop the strategy and plans, and keep everyone focused on bringing in the project on time and on budget.

Construction Manager
Construction Managers plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the construction of civil engineering projects, buildings and dwellings, building and construction.

Surveyor
Surveyors plan, direct and conduct survey work to determine and delineate boundaries and features of tracts of land, marine floors and underground works.

Contract Administrator
Contract Administrators plan and undertake the administration of contracts, organisational programs, special projects and support services.

*The tuition fees quoted above are the fees for the normal full-time study load of the program (80 credit points) per annum. International students will be subject to a variable fee regime; i.e. enrolled students will be required to pay fees during their program based on the approved fee for each calendar year. Fee changes (if any) will occur at 1 January each calendar year. Students who extend their program past the normal finish date of the program will be required to pay additional fees based on the prevailing fee level.
