Financial Advising at Western

These requirements include the completion of between one and three individual bridging units and a capstone unit, depending on the adviser’s educational qualifications and professional certification/s.

Our Graduate Certificate provides advisers with a qualification which enables them to complete all three FASEA approved bridging units (in addition to a FASEA approved Financial Advice Capstone unit for advisers who follow the ‘relevant degree’ pathway outlined in FPS001).

The aim is to ensure you comply with education requirements to practise as a financial adviser and are familiar with the FASEA Code of Ethics, behavioural finance and regulatory and legal obligations of financial advisers in order to provide high-quality professional services.
