If you’re a qualified secondary-school teacher, the Graduate Certificate in Education (Curriculum Specialisation) provides a pathway towards expanding the number of areas in which you can teach. Whether you’re currently working — or looking for work – in secondary schools, this course gets you ready to thrive.

Study includes two curriculum units that cover NSW syllabus requirements for Years 7-10 and Years 11-12. The course also offers you an in-school professional experience block and one fully-online leadership unit. Applicants may need to complete up to four non-award undergraduate pre-requisite units to meet the NSW Education Standards Authority (previously known as BOSTES) requirement for the area of study.

*The tuition fees quoted above are the fees for the normal full-time study load of the course (80 credit points) per annum. International students will be subject to a variable fee regime; i.e. enrolled students will be required to pay fees during their course based on the approved fee for each calendar year. Fee changes (if any) will occur at 1 January each calendar year.
