Any person working with gaming machines in licensed premises in NSW requires an RCG Competency Card. This course has been designed to teach you the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services and to use these skills in a work place environment in accordance with all legal rules and requirements as set out by Liquor and Gaming NSW. The College has been approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW to provide this course. Upon successful completion of this course students are eligible for an RCG Competency Card.

Learners who successfully complete the training will be awarded a Statement of Attainment.
The Statement of Attainment for SITHGAM001 is valid for 5 years.

Course Requirements
To be eligible, students must meet one of the following criteria:
- Domestic Student
- Over 18 years old
- Western Sydney University International students
Attendees are required to compete an online language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) test prior to the practical face-to-face session. Once the course has been booked and paid for, access to the online LLN system will be provided.
