Our Master of Engineering degree lets professionals and recent graduates to upgrade their skills and knowledge and adapt to a dynamic environment. Held at our innovative Parramatta City Campus, the course enables you to pursue a specialisation in civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications or mechatronic engineering. With provisional accreditation at the Professional Engineer level by Engineers Australia, the streamlined course can be completed in two years to get you fully qualified and into the workplace quicker.

The  Centre for Infrastructure Engineering (opens in a new window) is the first of its kind in Australia and enables the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics to conduct unique cross-disciplinary research across the Engineering, Construction and Industrial Design programs.

This degree will be offered at the new Parramatta City campus, 169 Macquarie Street, Parramatta. You will study in the heart of Parramatta's thriving Central Business District close to major transport links.

If you're an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident, you can apply online directly to Western (opens in a new window) for postgraduate coursework in Arts and Humanities, Business, Creative Industries, Engineering and Built Environment, Health Sciences, Law, Computing and Information Technology, Medicine, Nursing and Midwifery, Psychology, Sciences, Social Sciences, TESOL, Interpreting and Translation or Therapeutic Studies and Counselling.
