Ella Wufong

With Honours degrees in both Computer Science and Psychology, my current research work focuses on developing sophisticated experimental and data analysis systems that cater for the broad range of research interests in the Foundational Processes of Behaviour labs.

Recent projects have involved multisensory processing, binocular rivalry, auditory perception (pitch, velocity, and spatial), computational modeling of neural networks, associative learning, and visual spatial perception.

The experiments harness a range of experimental techniques, including EEG recording, eyetracking, headtracking, robotics, virtualised audio space, biophysiological recording, contingent questionnaires, and the presentation of audio-visual stimuli with millisecond precision.

When not busy coaxing disparate software and hardware devices to play nicely together for experiments, I occasionally coax disparate software and hardware devices to play nicely together for theatre shows and music production.
