R3 Initiative (Review, Re-engineer and Recognise)
R3 is a new initiative within the Division of Finance and Resources which is aimed at recognising and rewarding staff member/s that have proposed an idea that will lead to increased efficiencies or improved processes within their team.
Do you have a process that you think is broken, could be more streamlined or improved? Processes can become inefficient or unstuck over time due to organisational changes, legislative changes or government regulations. We encourage all Divisional staff to recommend updated and new processes, no matter how small, and nominate yourself or your team for the Excellence in Process Improvement Awards.
Two awards will be given in the following categories in recognition of the contribution made;
- Excellence in Process Improvement - Individual Award
- Excellence in Process Improvement - Team Award
Divisional staff are encouraged to submit their re-engineered processes by completing a simple application form and emailing to Elizabeth Zuvela. Click here (DOC, 1135 KB) for a fillable application form. Applications open Monday 1 July 2019 and will close 5pm, Friday 6 September 2019.
All applications will be reviewed by the Division's Senior Executive Team to determine award recipients. The Committee will present the two awards at the Division of Finance and Resources Portfolio Forum on Wednesday 9 October 2019. Award includes a $100 voucher for an Individual and $250 voucher for a Team, along with a recognition morning tea with the Division's Senior Executive Team for all nominees following the Forum.
For further information regarding this initiative please contact Elizabeth Zuvela.
