R3 Initiative (Review, Re-engineer and Recognise)
After a successful first round of the R3 initiative in 2019, we are excited to announce a second round is now open!
The R3 Initiative was launched in 2019 within the Division of Finance and Resources and is aimed at recognising and rewarding staff members. This year's round is aimed at recognising staff members who have proactively connected with teams across the University (both internal and external to the Division) to achieve a shared goal and/or resolve a shared problem, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and building on the culture of engagement.
Do you have a goal which has been set or a problem which has arisen which requires cross-Division collaboration to produce the best results? We encourage all Divisional staff to review their cross-Divisional activities and submit a nomination for your team for the Excellence in Collaboration Awards.
Two awards will be given in the following categories in recognition of the contribution made;
- Excellence in Collaboration - Internal to the Division
- Excellence in Collaboration - External to the Division
Make your submission via completing a simple application form and emailing the completed form to Elizabeth Zuvela. Click here DOC, 1137 KB for a fillable application form. Applications open Thursday 27 February 2020 and will close 5pm, Thursday 9 April 2020.
All applications will be reviewed by the Division's Senior Executive Team to determine award recipients. The Committee will present a minimum of two awards (one in each category) at the Division of Finance and Resources Portfolio Forum on Wednesday 13 May 2020. Award includes a $500 team gift voucher (for teams of 10 or more participants) or $250 team gift voucher (for teams of less than 10 participants). All nominees will be invited to a recognition morning tea with the Division's Senior Executive Team following the Forum.
For further information regarding this initiative please contact Elizabeth Zuvela.
