Dr Shane Griffin, Director, Technical Support Services

The Office of Technical Support Services was created as part of the Shared Services initiative in 2017, drawing technical support staff from schools and institutes into a central service. Dr Shane Griffin is the initial director of the service, undertaking the  monumental task of establishing teams consisting of over 20 speciality professions, and providing an integrated service supporting the University’s diverse teaching and research. With his dedication to high quality service, professional development for his team, and continuous improvement, Shane has delivered excellent technical support services to the University’s research and teaching. Technical Support Services is an exemplar of an excellent Shared Service.
