Staff Disability Toolkit

Staff with disabilities have the right to:

This staff disability toolkit is a practical resource to assist staff with disability with information including reasonable adjustment plans (RAP) in the workplace and some of the process involved in applying and implementing a plan.

The Toolkit for Staff is underpinned by the:

• Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth)
• Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)
• Disability Inclusion Act 2014 (NSW)
• Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)
• Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW)
