The core vision of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is to build an inclusive University community that reflects the diversity of the Greater Western Sydney region. The DEI envision a University community where every member of the University engages actively to create an environment of respect and inclusion for all our students, staff and visitors.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training and education programs focus on informing staff and students of their equal opportunity rights and responsibilities and the promotion of inclusive practices. Training courses hosted by Diversity, Equity and Inclusion can be accessed by clicking the link below and other University run courses can be accessed through the Organisational Development website.
Equity and Diversity staff are also available to develop workshops tailored to meet the specific needs of a work area or attend staff meetings to provide information or presentations. If you require this type of training, please contact Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
